Dear Healthcare Provider: Your Healing Starts with You
In the world of healthcare, your hands, your heart, and your presence are your greatest tools. You show up for others every day listening with empathy, supporting through struggle, and offering hope when hope may feel far away. You do this with grace, with strength, and often with little time to pause and care for the one who is doing the caring: you. That can be draining.
So what if you could serve from a place that feels full instead of depleted? What if “walking the talk” or “practicing what we preach” wasn’t just another cliche, but a reminder to heal, feel, and reconnect with your own body, mind, and soul? In today's stressful world of healthcare, it's essential that providers tend to their own work-life balance and well-being. That’s where somatic therapy and Reiki can come in.
Why Self-Care Isn’t a Luxury — It’s a Necessity
Because there’s always someone else who needs us, healthcare providers obediently show up and push through—often at the risk of compassion fatigue, burnout, or disconnection from our bodies and emotions. Think of it as energetic hygiene — like washing your hands, but for your spirit.

"But I Don’t Have Time..."
